Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ psychological needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, families, and couples.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to address common mental health concerns and build a supportive community.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize clients and refer them to appropriate services.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources in the community to empower their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
