Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring the application of appropriate interventions based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
• Utilize both individual and group counseling strategies, while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diversity in client backgrounds.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client evaluations and therapeutic outcomes, fostering a continuous care process.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating effectively to enhance the overall treatment approach for clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation utilizing necessary applications to ensure compliance and optimal patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a broad range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Independently licensed with experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with patients empathically and maintain a trustworthy counseling relationship.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and computer applications for clinical documentation.
• Ability to meet organizational credentialing standards within the clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote counseling environment and familiarity with telemedicine best practices.
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared goals for patient success.
• Strong understanding of cultural competency in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of $91,000 to $104,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
