About the Opportunity:


The Product Owner II is focused on leading the execution, enhancements, and optimization of Salesforce for WES. Sitting within the Product Delivery organization, this role is responsible for ensuring Salesforce platform work is delivered efficiently, meets business needs, and supports both near-term operational stability and long-term roadmap priorities.

This position plays a key role in the post-launch phase of recently deployed Salesforce capabilities, supporting a temporary stabilization period while building a sustainable operating model that balances business-as-usual (BAU) demand with strategic product roadmap delivery. The role has strong Agile product ownership skills, hands-on Salesforce expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities while reporting into the Senior Manager, Product Management.

What You'll Do:

โ€ข Serve as the dedicated Product Owner for Salesforce Solutions, accountable for platform enhancements, feature delivery, and continuous improvement.
โ€ข Own the Salesforce backlog and ensure work is prioritized to maximize business value and delivery outcomes.
โ€ข Partner closely with Salesforce delivery teams (developers, admins, QA, architects) to drive high-quality execution.
โ€ข Support stabilization phase following recent Salesforce launches, ensuring defects, enhancements, and user feedback are addressed quickly.
โ€ข Drive issue triage, prioritization, and resolution in partnership with technical teams.
โ€ข Transition the platform from stabilization into a steady-state delivery rhythm that supports ongoing BAU and roadmap work.
โ€ข Gather and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
โ€ข Lead sprint ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
โ€ข Balance competing delivery streams across: roadmap initiatives and new capabilities, BAU requests and operationalย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย improvements, post-launch fixes and workflow optimization
โ€ข Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) and delivery teams.
โ€ข Facilitate requirement discussions and ensure alignment on scope, value, and delivery timelines.
โ€ข Communicate progress, trade-offs, and delivery impacts with clarity and transparency.
โ€ข Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, user-centered, and aligned with platform best practices.
โ€ข Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, process redesign, and configuration enhancements.
โ€ข Contribute to platform governance, release management, and long-term sustainability.
โ€ข Collaborate with enterprise teams on integration between Salesforce and other internal systems (customer portals, supportย  ย  ย tools, data platforms).
โ€ข Ensure end-to-end process alignment and data integrity across platforms.
โ€ข Define and track delivery and adoption metrics for Salesforce initiatives.
โ€ข Use stakeholder feedback and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and backlog evolution.
โ€ข Identify opportunities for operational improvement, workflow automation, and process optimization.
โ€ข Champion opportunities for continuous improvement through adoption insights and stakeholder feedback
โ€ข Use data, feedback, and delivery insights to drive continuous improvement across product processes and outcomes.

Your Experience:


Required
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Delivery, or Business Systems roles
โ€ข 3+ years of experience delivering and managing Salesforce solutions
โ€ข Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, such as: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, workflow automation (Flows,ย  ย approvals), reporting and dashboards, integrations and APIs
โ€ข Proven ability to manage delivery across both: operational BAU needs, and strategic roadmap initiatives
โ€ข Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
โ€ข Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
โ€ข Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to deliver across complex product portfolios
โ€ข Strong alignment with WES mission and values and demonstrates a growth mindset

Desired
โ€ข Salesforce certifications (preferred): Salesforce Administrator
โ€ข Experience working in post-launch stabilization environments
