What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote compliance tester, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Compliance Tester, you need a solid understanding of regulatory standards, risk assessment, and auditing principles, often supported by a degree in a related field and relevant certifications like CISA or CRCM. Familiarity with compliance management software, remote collaboration tools, and data analysis systems is typically required. These skills ensure that organizations adhere to regulations, minimize risk, and maintain trust with stakeholders while operating remotely.

You will report into the Manager, Behavioral Health.

  • Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
  • Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
  • Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Bonus points:

  • Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
