Join Wyffels Hybrids as Our Next Seed Rep Growth Manager!

Wyffels Hybrids is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused leader to help strengthen and grow our Seed Rep network across the commercial footprint. As the Seed Rep Growth Manager, you’ll help shape how we recruit, onboard, develop, and support Seed Reps by partnering closely with Commercial Leadership and field sales teams to build scalable recruiting strategies, improve territory planning, and create consistent development tools and processes. This role combines agricultural sales knowledge, talent strategy, market intelligence, and sales enablement to help ensure Seed Reps are positioned for long-term success. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the seed industry, independent sales networks, and field-based recruiting, along with the ability to influence across teams, turn insights into action, and drive meaningful impact through collaboration.

Why Wyffels?

We’re an independent, family-owned company built on values that matter — Integrity, Perseverance, Respect, Empowerment, and Passion. We’ve achieved triple-digit growth over the past decade by staying true to who we are: entrepreneurial problem-solvers who believe in doing 100 Little Things Better every single day. At Wyffels, you’ll find the freedom to make an impact, the tools to succeed, and a culture that feels like family.

What You'll Do

  • Strengthen the Seed Rep Network | Lead and improve Wyffels’ approach to Seed Rep recruiting and development, helping build a stronger, more sustainable sales channel across the business.

  • Recruit and Develop Talent | Partner with Region Managers and District Sales Managers to identify recruiting priorities, strengthen territory coverage, and support long-term Seed Rep success.

  • Build Better Processes | Create and improve recruiting frameworks, onboarding tools, funnel management processes, and development resources that help Seed Reps become productive faster.

  • Provide Market Insight | Gather competitive intelligence and industry trends related to recruiting, compensation, territory structure, and Seed Rep support to help strengthen Wyffels’ market position.

  • Support Onboarding and Growth | Design consistent onboarding experiences and partner with sales leadership to define development expectations, success measures, and support plans for Seed Reps at varying stages of experience.

  • Equip Sales Leaders | Develop practical recruiting and development tools, scorecards, and reporting that help leaders make informed decisions and improve execution across the business.

  • Turn Data into Action | Monitor recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and channel performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

  • Collaborate Across Teams | Work closely with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Sales Development, and field teams to align recruiting and development strategies with Wyffels’ long-term growth goals.

Total Rewards That Grow With You

In addition to offering an unparalleled culture that focuses on relationships that foster both individual and organizational success, we provide competitive pay and a diverse benefits portfolio. Check out everything we have to offer at WORK AT WYFFELS.

Your Environment

This is a remote-based role that includes regular travel throughout assigned territories, with a mix of office work, field visits, grower meetings, recruiting activities, industry events, and collaboration with sales and commercial teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business while staying connected to the realities of the field and the evolving needs of our Seed Rep network.

 What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in agriculture sales, channel development, recruiting, sales enablement, or commercial strategy is preferred. Seed industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Location: Must live within or near the assigned territory and be willing to travel regularly throughout the region to support recruiting, onboarding, and Seed Rep development activities.

  • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales leadership and commercial teams. Proven ability to manage recruiting processes, analyze funnel and performance data, and turn insights into practical action plans. Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort operating in a highly collaborative, field-focused environment.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural sales cycles, Seed Rep/dealer channel models, territory strategy, and seed industry recruiting dynamics. Ability to connect recruiting, onboarding, and development efforts to long-term business growth and go-to-market execution.
