Workday Compensation Analyst

The Workday Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing the compensation programs within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This includes performing analysis, developing recommendations, and implementing changes to compensation programs, policies, and procedures. The analyst will collaborate with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure that compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the compensation programs within Workday HCM system, including base pay, incentive pay, and equity awards.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement new compensation programs and policies as needed.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation programs to ensure that they are fair, equitable, and consistent.
  • Analyze and report on compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with HR and other stakeholders to ensure that compensation programs are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure that compensation programs are aligned with the organization's budgetary constraints.
