The Community Outreach Network is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is remote but connects closely with the dynamic operations of our Community Health Clinic, where interdisciplinary teams work together to provide comprehensive support to patients. As an LICSW, you will engage with a variety of professionals including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff, creating a collaborative environment that emphasizes mutual respect and teamwork. • Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, with interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop integrated care plans that link clients to appropriate services, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on clinical best practices, focusing on evidence-based interventions that enhance recovery and empowerment.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that clients receive relevant and timely services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strategize and implement improvements in service delivery, actively participating in committee discussions.
• Engage in crisis interventions when required, utilizing strong risk assessment and management skills to ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and punctually to uphold compliance with both organizational standards and external regulations.

The clients you will support predominantly include individuals facing socio-economic challenges, mental health diagnoses, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. Many clients will be encountering barriers that may complicate their access to traditional healthcare services. You'll work closely with these individuals, offering empathetic support, guidance, and evidence-based treatment options that are affirming of their identities and experiences.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong competency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions tailored to specific client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to function in a remote working environment while maintaining organizational productivity and communication.
• Commitment to ethical practices and continual professional development in accordance with COHC's code of conduct.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a social work capacity, particularly with under-served populations.
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health frameworks and community health resources.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques and risk management protocols.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
