• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to provide effective therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, complying with legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams to address the comprehensive needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

As an LCPC at Community Outreach Network, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from underrepresented communities who may have limited access to mental health services. Your role will involve treating a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possess an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology is highly preferred.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and methodologies that enhance therapeutic outcomes for various demographics.

The salary for this full-time LCPC position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on caseload, experience, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
