• Conduct thorough client assessments to uncover social, emotional, and psychological needs, crafting individualized care plans that align with each client’s goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients through their challenges.
• Develop and promote service plans that empower clients, integrating essential resources and strategies to facilitate positive life changes.
• Act as a staunch advocate for clients, focusing on their rights and access to essential resources, while championing vital social justice causes that resonate within the community.
• Engage actively in the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs, contributing insights that enhance our service offerings and community impact.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Goshen Medical Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including families and individuals from various backgrounds striving for stability amid life’s challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas, reflecting your commitment to professional standards and ethical practices.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
