• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and peer support specialists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research, practices, and techniques within the field of social work and mental health counseling.

Your role as an LCSW will primarily focus on serving clients who are dealing with complex emotional challenges, especially related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, each presenting unique scenarios and needs, which requires sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the State of Virginia.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish rapport and effectively convey treatment information to clients.
• Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and thoughtfully address clients’ needs.
• A proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Experience working with various mental health issues, including trauma and mood disorders, is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems will be an advantage, although we provide training to ensure the tools we use align with your skills.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary of USD 80,000 – 100,000, along with a robust benefits package that includes:
