Work Environment

This remote position offers an engaging work setting that allows our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to perform their duties from the comfort of their own home while still being an integral part of the Vision in Mind team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to guide treatment plansโ€”all tailored to meet the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention services, performing suicide risk assessments and coordinating necessary hospitalizations or referrals in emergency situations.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and other mental health providers, to ensure integrated care strategies across various platforms.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, ongoing education, and professional development opportunities to ensure adherence to the latest standards in mental health care.
