• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that aligns with our clients' broader health goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal obligations, ensuring quality assurance in all client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training opportunities, to remain current with advancements in mental health practices and interventions.

This position focuses on providing counseling services to a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their unique experiences, empowering them on their paths to recovery and personal development.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.

• The salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
