Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches and solution-focused therapies. Your clinical insights will help guide clients toward emotional and mental well-being.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your methods to meet the diverse needs of clients with different backgrounds and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies to uphold patient confidentiality and trust.
  • Engage in comprehensive collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to provide coordinated and holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Facilitate regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement and enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
