Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients to understand their unique mental health needs and challenges.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies in sessions, utilizing interventions tailored to address issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and participate in case consultations and peer reviews.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and developments in the mental health field, applying new techniques to enhance client care.
