• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health issues, documenting clinical diagnoses, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with clients' personal goals and unique circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for all clients, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic treatment strategies for each client.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Grand Garden Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
