To our team, we are looking for a driven and service-minded Business Support Representative. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient order handling, and excellent customer experience across the Americas region, working closely with sales units, customers, and internal stakeholders. What you can expect in the role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer and sales, ensuring responsive and professional experience by managing and processing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders through systems and email with high accuracy and efficiency. Furthermore, you will:

  • Handle invoicing, order processing, and credit management in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DOH/AS400), and maintain high-quality data in systems and tools.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on lead times, order status, availability, and logistics, and coordinate deliveries and support complex logistics scenarios across the region.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to enhancing processes, tools and ways of working, and collaborate across sales, supply chain, and other functions to deliver a seamless end-to-end process.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience of customer service, business support, or order management, with experience working with ERP systems (SAP and/or AS400/DOH preferred) and strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment, with ability to influence outcomes and effectively collaborate across diverse internal teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including empathy, adaptability and resilience, enabling you to connect well with customers and anticipate their needs.

As this is a global position working across countries and regions, business-level proficiency in English is required, and Spanish language skills is considered a plus.
