• Conduct initial intake assessments to understand clients’ emotional and psychological needs and establish trust.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally and contextually appropriate, modifying them as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients develop coping skills and adaptive behaviors.
• Facilitate talk therapy sessions that promote self-reflection, emotional insight, and personal growth.
• Provide clients with clear information regarding their treatment journey, including financial commitments and emotional responsibilities, to prepare them for the therapeutic process.
• Regularly assess client progress and adherence to treatment, adjusting strategies to enhance their recovery outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with the clinic’s policies and national privacy regulations.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Alinea, you will work with a varied client base encompassing individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and cultural identities. Your role will be vital in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); proof of registration to practice.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience as a counselor, demonstrating a proven track record of effective client care.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to relate to diverse populations.
• Commitment to delivering treatment that is culturally respectful and responsive to the needs of the community.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling platforms that enhance remote client engagement.
