As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with clients.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing their understanding of personal experiences, feelings, and relationships.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that include specific therapy goals and measurable outcomes, regularly evaluating client progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Assisting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms and life skills, actively monitoring their improvements and providing necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Collaborating with the supportive administrative team to minimize paperwork and streamline your focus on counseling duties.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for behavioral health issues, ensuring that they receive the attention and care required to promote their personal growth. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the appropriate state board.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No prior disciplinary actions on your professional licensing history.

• Proven expertise in psychotherapy modalities and current practice techniques.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth services, including troubleshooting common technology issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.
