• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs through telehealth sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique mental health concerns of each client, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions to guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions via video conferencing to foster community among clients with similar experiences and to promote effective coping strategies.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health situations.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care that may include referrals to specialists when appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed on the latest methodologies in mental health counseling.

The licensed mental health counselor will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Clients may present with a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and relational difficulties. Our focus is on fostering empowerment and resilience, with counselors playing a crucial role in guiding clients toward sustainable recovery and well-being.

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathetic engagement.
• A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team while maintaining accountability for individual client outcomes.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health care, with a commitment to providing high-quality treatment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth technology, ensuring effective documentation and client management.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive approaches to counseling.
• Experience in conducting group therapy and family therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
