St. Mary's Behavioral Health Solutions utilizes state-of-the-art remote communication tools to facilitate seamless interactions and maintain a close-knit team environment. You will participate in regular team meetings, engage in case reviews, and receive supervision, all designed to support your continuous development as a clinician.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on measurable goals and positive client outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive intakes and assessments that inform tailored therapeutic approaches for each client.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate regularly with team members in case reviews and supervision sessions to uphold the highest standards of practice.
• Engage in community outreach programs and initiatives to raise awareness of mental health resources available to the community.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent emotional situations, employing evidence-based practices to manage crises effectively.

Your work as an LMFT will impact a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families coping with a variety of challenges. You will be helping clients through life transitions, addressing trauma, and improving relational dynamics. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and your ability to foster an inclusive, trustworthy environment will be essential for their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Virginia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• The ability to exercise sound clinical judgment with timely consultations when necessary.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations related to client care.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, providing therapeutic services in a similar setting.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care, particularly in family crises and transitions.
