• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for students referred to our services, identifying their unique mental health needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused strategies designed to meet individual goals and enhance emotional well-being.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to support diverse patient populations.

This position focuses on working with a diverse student body, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in facilitating positive change in students' lives, equipping them with coping strategies and support necessary for their academic and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• At least three years of clinical experience, particularly in a school or educational setting specializing in psychotherapy.
