Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still being part of a cohesive team. Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing structured hours that enable you to dedicate quality time to your clients without the demands of after-hours work. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments with clients to accurately identify their challenges and goals, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
  • Lead tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Create and modify individualized treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs, promoting ongoing development.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance your skill set and stay current with therapeutic methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including families facing relational disruptions, couples navigating conflict, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of emotional, social, and community factors in mental health. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland is required.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, essential for creating a rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic alliances.
Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, where they have successfully implemented therapeutic interventions and demonstrated effective client management. Compensation and Benefits
