• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs upon intake to create tailored treatment plans.

Our clients range in age and background, seeking assistance primarily for substance use disorders. As a Social Worker in our Detox Center, you will work closely with individuals at various stages of their recovery, from initial detoxification to continued outpatient support. Understanding the complexities of addiction and mental health challenges is crucial to developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a social worker in Texas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients compassionately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency in remote communication platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
