Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This opportunity gives you room to do thoughtful therapy work with clients who need reliable behavioral health support. You will help clients name patterns, practice healthier responses, and work toward goals that are realistic rather than overwhelming. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Maine. Strong documentation, ethical practice, and genuine client engagement matter every day in this position.

Responsibilities

        Communicate clearly and professionally in all client-facing documentation

        Create a safe virtual space for clients to process, reflect, and plan next steps

        Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

        Use evidence-informed counseling approaches that match the client's goals

Requirements

        Active Maine LCPC license in good standing

        Confidence using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and remote communication tools

        Strong clinical judgment, organized documentation habits, and a private workspace for sessions
