• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing our user-friendly teletherapy platform.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach in developing treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention, employing effective techniques to ensure client safety and mental wellness.
• Assist clients in navigating available community resources, social services, and support systems that contribute to their overall well-being and recovery.
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Empower clients by educating them on coping strategies, effective communication skills, and self-care techniques to foster their independence in managing mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and psychosocial issues. Our clients may come from various backgrounds, including those undergoing addiction recovery at our Detox Center, and your expertise will be essential to guiding them through their mental health journey effectively.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is essential.
• A minimum of three years of related experience in clinical social work, preferably with a focus on teletherapy.
• Competence in using telehealth technology and platforms, ensuring smooth and effective therapy sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective remote interactions with clients.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in therapeutic practices.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a virtual team environment, leveraging the power of remote communication.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients across different time zones, which will enhance service delivery.

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with recovery support for clients in detox or rehabilitation scenarios is a plus.

• Annual salary of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
