Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
  • A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by compassion and a non-judgmental demeanor.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to documentation standards.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing trauma-focused mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 โ€“ 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
