• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, strengths, and challenges, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at recovery and stability.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing innovative therapeutic methodologies to address patients' unique mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring that all patient records are current and accessible.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including medical doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Provide continuous education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health and recovery strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance your expertise and service delivery.

As an LICSW at our detox center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents coping with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their recovery process, offering support, understanding, and practical strategies for emotional regulation, coping, and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Vermont is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapy and evidence-based interventions, particularly in the context of substance use and mental health.
• Exemplary communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.

• Experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Proven ability to engage and connect with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
