We are seeking aย Commission Compliance Administrator (CCA)ย to oversee the commission and transaction compliance functions for an individual Keller Williams Market Center.ย This full-time position offers the potential of flexibility of some remote workย environment while providing the opportunity to play a critical role in supporting one of the industry's leading real estate organizations.


MUST HAVE

  • **Active Texas Real Estate License required**
  • **Real estate industry experience required**

  • **Strong working knowledge of real estate transactions and commission processes**


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Commission Compliance Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring commission accuracy, transaction compliance, and operational integrity throughout the transaction process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs)
  • Reviewing transaction files to ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper commission calculations
  • Reviewing and approving Opportunities within Command
  • Processing commission adjustments, corrections, and updates
  • Auditing agent billing deductions and commission-related charges
  • Maintaining projected closing and canceled transaction reports
  • Providing agents with transaction and financial documentation as needed
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate agent roster records
  • Assisting with End-of-Month (EOM) and End-of-Year (EOY) reporting
  • Supporting transaction compliance communication and follow-up efforts
  • Contributing to the overall success of the Market Center through operational excellence and attention to detail
