Responsibilities:

  • Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial management
  • Simplifying complex financial information, providing rationale behind reports and analyses for clear communication
  • Preparing and delivering weekly pacing reports and business performance readouts, highlighting key variances, risks, opportunities, and forecast changes to support leadership decision-making
  • Conducting in-depth economic evaluations and business cases to inform strategic financial planning and portfolio decisions
  • Managing commission processing and reporting activities, including validation of commissionable revenue, reconciliation of sales data, resolution of discrepancies, and adherence to compensation plan guidelines and financial controls
  • Partnering with internal finance teams to consolidate financial results
  • Partnering with Sales, Ad Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data mapping issues that impact revenue reporting, forecasting, billing, and commission calculations
