Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding its government-contract recruiting division and is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter – Government Opportunities to identify, recruit, and present highly qualified technical professionals for federal government and government-contractor opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who understands the technical talent market and wants to build a strong pipeline of candidates for government projects, contract awards, and long-term federal staffing opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical positions supporting federal government and government-contractor clients.
  • Source candidates for IT, cybersecurity, software development, cloud, DevSecOps, data, engineering, systems administration, networking, and other technical disciplines.
  • Identify candidates who meet specific government contract requirements, labor categories, certifications, experience requirements, and geographic requirements.
  • Recruit both cleared and clearable candidates, when required by the opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated government contracts.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, professional networks, referrals, ATS/CRM databases, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical experience against position requirements.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records, communications, and recruiting activity within the ATS/CRM.
  • Partner with Business Development and leadership to understand upcoming government opportunities and anticipated staffing requirements.
  • Support proposal and capture efforts by identifying qualified, potentially deployable candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates for future government opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and government-contracting stakeholders to understand position requirements and hiring timelines.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for government contractors, federal agencies, defense, technology consulting, or other GovCon environments.

Experience recruiting candidates with security clearances is highly desirable, including:

  • Familiarity with federal security-clearance requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Government Contracting Knowledge

Candidates with experience understanding federal solicitations, labor categories, PWS/SOW requirements, RFP/RFQ processes, contract awards, proposal staffing, and clearance requirements are especially encouraged to apply.
