Of Counsel - Real Estate Attorney (Partnership Opportunity) Remote | Albuquerque, NM Supplemental Practice Partnership | Revenue Share Opportunity The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico. This opportunity is not a full-time employment role.

Instead, it is designed for a solo practitioner or small firm attorney seeking to supplement their existing practice. The arrangement offers approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional matters. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases. Address title, zoning, and land use issues. Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality service. Qualifications: Licensed attorney in New Mexico. 8-10 years of experience in real estate law.
