Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing solution-focused interventions that are evidence-based.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique requirements of each patient, facilitating their mental and emotional well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records that adhere to regulatory standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including attending case consultations and peer review meetings.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and available resources, empowering them with knowledge to support their journey toward recovery.

• Stay well-informed on new research, treatment methodologies, and developments in social work and mental health disciplines to enhance professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness. Your approach will focus on providing compassionate support to patients and families in hospice care, enhancing their emotional resilience and overall quality of life during difficult times.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• At least three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapy modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are vital for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.

• A strong ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Annual salary compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000.
