Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual assessments, providing a thorough analysis of clients' needs to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, focusing on evidence-based practices aimed at recovery and empowerment.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring that treatment services are aligned with their specific issues and goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and interdisciplinary providers to enhance integrated care, ensuring clients receive linked services.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Conduct screenings and arrange for in-depth assessments as necessary, ensuring that all interventions are developmentally appropriate and grounded in best practices.
• Lead and participate in team meetings, contributing insights and strategies that improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and the code of conduct outlined by our organization.
• Completing administration tasks, including timely report generation and submitting data as required.
• Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring continuity of care during and after program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily work with clients who are dealing with severe mental illnesses and emotional disturbances, many of whom come from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The focus is on integrating care that reflects a deep understanding of cultural competency and the unique challenges faced by each individual you serve. Your work will directly impact these clients' recovery journeys, offering them the necessary tools to navigate their challenges and achieve their specific goals.

Qualifications

• Valid and active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social work; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detoxification or addiction recovery settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mental health and substance use.
• Knowledge of local resources and services available to clients in Las Vegas, NV.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000 based on experience.
