The focus is on integrating care that reflects a deep understanding of cultural competency and the unique challenges faced by each individual you serve. Your work will directly impact these clients' recovery journeys, offering them the necessary tools to navigate their challenges and achieve their specific goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in detoxification or addiction recovery settings.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mental health and substance use.
