• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for open discussion and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all records.

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, often struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a Senior LPC, you will play a crucial role in addressing these challenges by implementing personalized strategies that promote resilience and emotional well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
