Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, integrating behavioral observations, self-reports, and collateral information to form a holistic view of their needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on unique client profiles, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

  • Co-create therapeutic goals with clients, regularly evaluating their progress and modifying intervention strategies as needed to optimize client outcomes.
  • Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation barriers or prefer online sessions for convenience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
