  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities sufficient to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand business needs, decision criteria, timing, and revenue potential.
  • Develop and present tailored logistics and supply chain solutions that align customer requirements with WOW capabilities.

  • Partner with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and support revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, prospect, and customer records in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to Commercial leadership.
  • Support customer onboarding and transition activities to ensure successful implementation of newly won business.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold/warm calling and digital outreach strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, primarily for training, customer site visits, trade events, or team meetings, with approximately 70% of time spent in-office or remote.
