Job description

Who we are

Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our Mission

To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our Culture

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative, remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections make strong teams, so we regularly catch up over virtual coffee chats, play games, share stories, and more to build strong relationships.

If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our  sales team. This is a full-cycle closing role for an early-career seller - someone with 2+ years SaaS sales experience who's ready to own deals end-to-end, sharpen their craft, and sell a product that's differentiating how AI is reshaping work.

You'll own every inbound lead that lands in your pipeline - from first discovery through close - and you'll help build the playbook for how we convert them. Process Street is selling a new way of working, and this role is for someone who wants to help build a new way of selling it. You won't be handed a finished motion. You'll shape it.

You'll carry two products: Process Street, our compliance operations platform, and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker. Dash is brand new — you'll be among the first people selling it, which means you won't inherit a pitch so much as build one.

This seat is for someone who's entrepreneurial by default. You manage your own week, figure things out without waiting to be told, and are energized by ambiguity. This role is an opportunity for real ownership and a chance to compound your craft fast.

This position will be based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time.

What You'll Do

  • Own your full sales cycle - from first discovery call to close
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points
  • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients
  • Sell across our product line — the Process Street platform and Dash, our browser and Slack-native AI coworker — and confidently articulate how AI agents change the way teams operate
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize your own sales workflows, boosting personal productivity and shortening the feedback loop
  • Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook as you go - what works, what doesn't, what we should do more of
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets

About You

  • You have 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure
  • You're comfortable selling something new — you can hold a confident conversation about an emerging product in a category that's still being defined
  • You are entrepreneurial and self-directed by nature
  • You are comfortable in ambiguity and would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a playbook to arrive
  • You are a 'Challenger' or Gap seller
  • You have a proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals
  • You have a passion for start-ups and technology
  • You adapt well, and you're a fast learner
  • You are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You're enthusiastic about improving processes and systems

Our Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
  • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.
  • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families.
  • Equity for all full-time roles.
  • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. At Process Street, we believe in growth. So, however you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
