Job Description

We are seeking experienced Provider Coding Auditors and Educators to support a growing provider education department. This role combines auditing, coding education, and provider engagement. Candidates must be confident presenters who can effectively educate physicians and coding professionals while maintaining audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong coding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience presenting educational content to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit provider coding for E/M services and surgical procedures
  • Deliver coding education to physicians, auditors, and coding staff
  • Present coding and documentation topics in concise, engaging virtual sessions
  • Create and customize educational materials and PowerPoint presentations
  • Schedule and facilitate education sessions through Microsoft Teams
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members during provider education sessions
  • Review and edit educational content as needed
  • Support coding compliance and documentation improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active CPC, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, or CPMA certification
  • Strong provider auditing and/or coding education experience
