Addison Group is partnering with our client in the healthcare services field to expand their revenue cycle team. They are seeking analytical, detail‑driven individuals who enjoy working with claims data and thrive in a structured, production‑focused environment.

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Specialist will review, evaluate, and reprice medical claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with payer and contract guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, navigating multiple systems, and maintaining consistent daily productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review assigned claims daily and process them according to internal and payer requirements.
  • Complete claim repricing tasks, averaging around 50 claims per day.
  • Work within multiple platforms to analyze Cigna‑related claims and reimbursement details.
  • Identify discrepancies in payments, billing errors, or contract variances.
  • Evaluate claims data to determine potential overpayments or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members when additional clarification or escalation is needed.
  • Participate in structured training and shadowing to learn internal systems and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months–1 year of experience with medical claims, EOBs, CPT codes, or healthcare billing.
