  • Participate in collaborative efforts with team members to enhance service delivery and overall quality of care.
  • Be available for on-call coverage outside regular program hours as needed, ensuring continuous support for clients.
  • Track and report on client data, maintaining accurate records to assist in outcome measurement and service improvement initiatives.

We specifically seek clinicians who are eager to work with underserved communities, recognizing the importance of culturally competent care and inclusive practices in the healing process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally working with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in developing treatment plans and the ability to adjust interventions based on client progress.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in detox centers or similar settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and evidence-based practices in social work.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
