• Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, delivering therapy in both virtual and community-based formats.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and facilitate access to comprehensive assessments as required.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure the coordination of services among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client requests and presenting problems.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support and guidance to clients facing urgent mental health challenges.
• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely monitoring of client progress through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Ensure adherence to professional ethical guidelines and organizational codes of conduct in all interactions.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with team members to enhance service delivery and overall quality of care.
• Be available for on-call coverage outside regular program hours as needed, ensuring continuous support for clients.
• Track and report on client data, maintaining accurate records to assist in outcome measurement and service improvement initiatives.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans and the ability to adjust interventions based on client progress.

• Experience working in detox centers or similar settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and evidence-based practices in social work.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of mental health.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
