How does a Remote Coding Analyst typically collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members while working off-site?

As a Remote Coding Analyst, collaboration is often achieved through secure digital communication platforms, such as encrypted email, video conferencing, and specialized medical record systems. You’ll regularly interact with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding, and you may also participate in virtual team meetings to discuss updates, audit findings, or process improvements. Despite being remote, maintaining clear and prompt communication is essential for resolving discrepancies and staying aligned with team goals. This setup allows you to work independently while still being an integral part of a collaborative healthcare team.

  • Manage and automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling across multiple environments.
  • Deploy, secure, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Partner with engineering teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity, secrets management, and network controls.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term reliability improvements.
  • Champion DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvement across teams.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including services such as:

  • Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance.
  • Experience implementing observability and incident response workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
Nice to Have
  • Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑400, AZ‑305, etc.)
  • Experience with service mesh, API gateways, or distributed systems
  • Background in .NET, Node.js, or backend engineering
  • Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization
  • Familiarity with SOC2, Zero Trust, or other compliance frameworks
Why ImagineX
  • 100% remote work environment
  • High‑impact engineering culture with strong autonomy
  • Opportunity to influence cloud architecture and DevOps strategy
  • Work with AI‑assisted teams and cutting‑edge technologies
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
