• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals dealing with a range of mental health diagnoses, which may include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more, either in individual or group therapy settings.
• Carry a minimum caseload of five therapy sessions per week, adjusting as needed to meet client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments to gather relevant information and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to effectively address clients' behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Employ crisis management strategies during sessions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school staff, to facilitate comprehensive care and referrals as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, using appropriate diagnostic coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 for billing and treatment purposes.

Your role will involve engaging with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with mental health issues. You will work closely with clients from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects each client’s unique circumstances and experiences.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is required (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent mental health license (such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in the state of residence is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, coupled with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the mental health field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Proficiency in crisis management and de-escalation techniques to effectively support clients in urgent situations.
• Prior experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and coding systems, including ICD-9 and ICD-10, is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
