Role Details

  • Work Location – This is a work-from-home position with occasional travel to the office required, at least once per month
  • Salary – The full base salary range for this position is from $70,650 - $80,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our Category Management & Insights team. In this role, you will leverage strong analytical skills and a curious, data-driven mindset to help Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited understand and navigate the marketplace.

You will work with multiple data sources to develop reports and scorecards that clearly communicate performance and the key drivers behind results. Partnering closely with Category Management and Commercial teams, you will identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and translate these insights into actionable strategies that support business growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, category strategy, and commercial execution—providing visibility across the business and the chance to directly influence decision-making and in-market outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies and business objectives. 
  • Leverage market and retailer POS tools to build reports that summarize category performance, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations. 
  • Ensure portfolio strategies are grounded in consumer and market insights. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices. 
  • Support the development of category strategies and annual plans in partnership with Customer and Commercial teams. 
  • Develop and maintain channel and brand standards for Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited and its partner brands.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
