  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Training & development
  • Flexible schedule

???? About Us

Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center is a BCBA-led, family-owned clinic specializing in early intervention using Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
We are not private equity-run—we prioritize ethical care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive, professional team culture.
???? About the Role

Provide ABA services (telehealth) to young learners and their families. (Hybrid available as well)
Our systems and team are built to support clinical excellence—so your time is spent supervising and guiding, not managing preventable issues.

???? Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland) and develop treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and protocol modification
  • Implement and oversee PRT strategies

  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions
Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification + Texas LBA (or eligible)
  • 5+ year ABA experience (RBT experience counts!)
  • Early intervention experience or willingness to learn PRT
  • Organized, strong communicator, team-oriented
???? Why Join Us

  • BCBA-led, family-owned (not PE-backed)

  • Strong RBT team + 4 years of structured training systems

  • Low-drama, professional culture (attendance & accountability matter)

  • Flexible role design + W-2 stability

  • Streamlined systems = less admin, more clinical work

???? Great Fit For

BCBAs who value structure, strong teams, and quality care over chaos and volume. Loves school hours: 7:30 am-3:30 pm
???? Not Ideal For

Those seeking loosely structured or high-volume environments.

This is a remote position.
