The Gentle Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated, passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances, using evidence-based practices.
• Engage with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute valuable insights towards a comprehensive treatment approach for clients overcoming substance use disorders.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress through follow-up sessions, ensuring each individual feels supported on their path to recovery.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform treatment strategies and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with clients’ families and educational institutions to advocate for and facilitate necessary support services for youth clients.

Our primary client population includes individuals seeking addiction treatment, mental health counseling, and comprehensive support during their recovery journey. We cater to diverse backgrounds and situations, working closely with clients who may concurrently face challenges in their personal and professional lives. • A valid LCSW license is required to practice in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct social work experience, preferably within the mental health or addiction recovery fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coaching abilities to facilitate meaningful personal change in our clients.

• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and interventions that consider the impact of past trauma on current health.
• Propensity to leverage digital tools for assessment, documentation, and client interaction in a virtual work environment.
