What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a seasoned SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Sr. Analyst who, as part of our SAP applications team, will focus on our core warehouse management and supply chain functionality. The Senior Analyst will coordinate and develop requirements for Wilson globally and help support project activity for other group brands in North America when needed.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work with business to determine functional requirements for the system within SAP EWM and SCM processes
  • Help innovate and provide opportunities to optimize warehouse management operations as well as in supply chain
  • Configure SAP EWM platform to meet business requirements
  • Manage other supply chain related projects, people, time, budgets when requested
  • Work with our technical resources to develop reports, functions and enhancements
  • Provide daily support and training requirements to the business
  • Collaborate with other SCM groups to determine best in class approach for our warehouse and factory locations
  • Understand inbound and outbound shipping/receiving and other technical warehouse systems and how they interact with SAP S/4 and ECC systems to control end-to-end processes and proactively identify/resolve issues
  • Coordinate changes with Central team on cross-brand and international topics

What We're Looking For
This role requires a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, math, MIS, or equivalent plus at least 5 years of SAP EWM / SCM configuration / process optimization preferably in the consumer products and retail/fashion industry.
Other qualifications include:
  • Minimum three full life cycle implementations as an SAP SCM / EWM functional analyst or lead in SAP S/4 Hana (in recent releases 2020 or above)
  • Expert level configuration and design skills in SAP S/4 Hana (in recent releases 2020 or above)
  • ECC 6.0: WM skills: Material master, sales partners, shipment costing, picking strategies, carrier management, manufacturing processes, labeling, returns and warehouse controls.
  • S/4 Hana: EWM skills: Labor management, space utilization, advanced reporting, RF framework, serial number processing, s/4 business partner logic, VC - Variant configuration, material segmentation
  • Deep experience with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, SD, LE, etc.) is a plus
  • Firm understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $120,000-$150,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
