Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360) and CNC machine controllers, as well as relevant certifications like NIMS, are highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective remote communication are essential soft skills in this role. These abilities ensure accurate program creation, efficient virtual collaboration, and timely troubleshooting of complex manufacturing tasks.

As anApplication Engineer, you willbe responsible for:
Partnering with field operations and sales to deliver technical value and performance insights to customers
Providingpostsalestechnical support, including performance reviews,runanalysis, and customer troubleshooting
Conducting detailed applications analysis tooptimizebit selection and drilling performance
Approving drill bit repairs and ensuring compliance with technical standards
Collaborating with Technology teams to support new product development, testing, and launch activities

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
Bring 4+ years of technical field experience, preferably in drilling or drill bits

Have experience leading programs or projects withcrossfunctionalteams
Be able to document, plan, and execute technical programs effectively
