This full-time position operates in a remote work setting, specifically engaging with students, families, and school staff to provide mental health interventions. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to determine their mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring support.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and social workers, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
• Provide ongoing psychoeducation to students and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and available resources.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients and promoting mental well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their goals, preferences, and social contexts.
• Assist students in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and access to necessary services.
• Organize and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation workshops, and transition planning meetings to support students' successful reintegration.

The LCSW will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related stress. By focusing on early intervention and prevention, the LCSW will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting emotional wellness among students, ultimately contributing to their academic success and personal development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
