Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service / Member Support Representative for Anytime Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and prospective members calling, emailing or messaging us online. You'll handle membership questions, billing or scheduling concerns, support new member signโups, and provide any help members need โ all from a home office. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound phone calls, emails and online inquiries from members or prospective members promptly and professionally.
Provide information about memberships, promotions, club services, billing, scheduling and gym policies. Assist with processing digital membership applications, renewals, cancellations, and account updates. Maintain and update member records and databases in CRM or clubโmanagement software.
Escalate member concerns or complaints to management when needed; ensure followโthrough until resolution. Support overall member satisfaction and retention by providing friendly, helpful, and professional service. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States (remoteโonly USA applicants).
High school diploma or equivalent (some postings prefer associate degree or relevant coursework). 1โ2 years of experience in customer service, frontโdesk, reception, or administrative support โ remote experience helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and empathetic manner.
Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage time independently. Comfortable with computers, CRM tools / scheduling software / database systems / Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Reliable highโspeed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace to work remotely.
Selfโmotivated, able to work independently, manage tasks remotely, and maintain professionalism. Compensation & Benefits (typical / estimated) Hourly pay around USD $18โ$19/hour (based on selfโreported data for Customer Service roles at Anytime Fitness).
