THE PRACTICE:

This role will align with our Supply Chain & Engineering practice and fall under the Intelligent Asset Management capability.

Supply Chain & Engineering professionals help our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness.

Intelligent Asset Management professionals are focused on improving profitability and reducing asset-related operational risk over the life cycle, by defining, developing and deploying intelligent asset management solutions (EAM, EAM cloud platforms, RBI, etc.).

The Role:

As an IFS Cloud Functional Lead, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership to plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects and support our partners in business and technology transformation. In this role, you will own the functional workstreams on-site, bringing IFS Cloud solution expertise to the client's core business processes, focusing on driving financial and operational results, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, and collaborating with change agents, technical teams, and functional teams for successful adoption while keeping a keen eye to corporate objectives. You will lead and coordinate functional consultants across onshore and offshore (India delivery center) teams, serving as the day-to-day functional owner of the client relationship. The role also requires working collaboratively with the sales and leadership team on overall business development (existing and new accounts). Expectations are that the candidate will develop industry-specific points of view on best practices for IFS Cloud implementations and business transformation.

The Work:

  • Lead functional workstreams on IFS Cloud implementations and support project managers in the design and implementation phases.

  • Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic business and technology transformation.

  • Conduct workshops with customers for defining / mapping process, systems, and organization, and drive requirements into IFS Cloud configuration.

  • Coordinate and coach functional consultants across onshore and offshore teams, owning functional quality and delivery.

  • Coach and guide project team members on key business process fundamentals and IFS Cloud leading practices.

  • Support project managers on daily change management activities and provide the appropriate levels of support and coaching of team and client team members.

  • Work with Project Manager or other work stream leaders in developing responses to client inquiries, creating solutions, and estimating work efforts for new opportunities.

  • Hybrid Working Model, travel to client site expected (50% minimum) - Client On-site, In-office, remote.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of IFS experience, including functional lead or workstream lead experience on IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.

  • Minimum of 5+ years expeirence with functional design and business process knowledge across one or more IFS Cloud functional areas - such as Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Human Capital Management, or Asset & Service Management - with an understanding of integration across finance, logistics, procurement, and operations.

  • Must have multiple end-to-end life cycle implementation experiences on IFS as a Workstream Lead or Project Lead

  • Knowledge of leading practices and prior consulting experience relevant to your target industry (e.g., Industrials, Manufacturing, Automotive).

Bonus points if:

  • IFS Cloud functional certification(s).

  • Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore functional teams.

  • Experience with IFS Applications-to-IFS Cloud migrations.

  • Industry experience in Industrials, Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar sectors.

  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

  • Experience leading client workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap, configuration, and UAT.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5+ years' work experience). If associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 8+ year work experience.
