Job description

Position: Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) - Kansas license required  

Compensation: $77,000/year 

Location: Fully Remote – CST (U.S. Only)

We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. 

What You'll Do 
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: 

  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. 

  • Provide both individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan), with diagnoses including general mental health SMI 

  • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. 

More About the Role 

  • Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas 

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required 

  • Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments 

  • Administrative time: 1-2 hours per week  

  • Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) 

  • Active Kansa LSCSW license required 

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours 

  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels 

  • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!) 

  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
